Concrete Cleaner

Powdered Cleaner

This is a high alkaline powder for scrubbing concrete. It works great for garages, gas stations, poultry plants or warehouse cleaning. Cleans grease, oil, dirt, tire marks, etc. Just sprinkle product onto wet floor. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush. Let stand for a few minutes, then rescrub floor with a brush. Rinse thoroughly.  Product is free rinsing and non- dusting.

Concrete Restorer is a concentrated blend of acids, chelating and wetting agents.  It is formulated to remove deep down soil, grease and stains from concrete.  Blended with mild non-etching acids, Concrete Restorer can safety used on architectural smooth finished concrete, textured, exposed aggregate and all types of masonry with equal results.

 

 

Marble KleenÔ

Liquid Marble Cleaner

Marble Kleen is a biodegradable, water-based, non-acidic, liquid concentrate cleaner, designed to remove grease, grime, soil, dirt, soot, carbonized oil and other surface contaminants from marble surfaces, polished or unpolished.  Just apply the concentrated solution to the marble surface using a brush or sprayer.  Allow to remain on the surface for 5 to 15 minutes. Sponge rinse the surface thoroughly using fresh water.  Marble Kleen can be diluted up to 3 parts of water for light to medium duty cleaning.

Powdered Stain Remover

Power X is formulated for the removal of coffee, tea, tobacco, rust and leaf stains from concrete and stone surfaces.  Its specialized powdered formulation contains several active stain fighters with complex blends of surfactants and oxidizers that act quickly to break down organic material and dissolve residues away.

Power X is only active for a limited amount of time and it is suggested that only enough product is mixed that will be used at one time to guard against waste.

This semi-permanent acrylic sealer is designed specifically for tough adhesion to grout and porous tile surfaces.  It seals out water and protects against mold and fungus growth.  One coat will protect and seal the surface while two coats will deliver a soft gloss.

 

 

Sheen C-40Ô

Semi Permanent Sealer

Sheen C-40 is a new generation water-based acrylic emulsion sealer that penetrates the surface of concrete and masonry and forms a water repelling, protective barrier.  Sheen C-40 dries to a clear, high sheen (wet look) water repellant finish.  Sheen C-40 is extremely durable, will not discolor in moisture and is ultra-violet resistant making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.  This product is ideal for sealing concrete floors, stained and acid stained concrete, exposed aggregate, stucco, saltillo tile (Mexican tile) and cementaeous grout.

DIRECTIONS

Apply Sheen C-40 to a clean, dry surface by spray, mop or roller.  One good coat is sufficient for most industrial applications.  On porous surfaces a second coat is advised to afford more protection.  Allow the first coat to cure before recoating (minimum 1 hour).  At 75 degrees the first coat will be dry in about 30 minutes but allow the full hour for curing.  The coated area may be open for traffic in 24 hours.  For exterior applications do not apply when rain is imminent.

This is a silicone protector for polished and unpolished natural stone and marble surfaces.  It repels water and oil from these highly decorative surfaces.  Keeps graffiti from penetrating.  Penetrates deep below the surface!  Does not produce a shine!  Does not make the surface more slippery.

 

  

Tile and Grout Restorer

Fast acting cleaner and restorer

This acid based cleaner is built with new technology in surfactants and other cleaning agents to rapidly clean and brighten tile and grout.  If the tile and grout is heavily encrusted with soil or has had floor finish applied, it should first be cleaned and stripped.  After rinsing the surface, apply Tile and Grout Restorer directly to the surface with a sponge or mop.  Allow this to dwell.  Rinse the surface with clear water.
