Retard X Series - Face-Up water base concrete retarder

Face up water base concrete retarder for sidewalks, pool decks, and patios. Eight depth of etches, from light sand-blast texture to deep etch, depending on aggregate size and depth of etch desired. Consistent uniform results every time.

Retard V Series - Face-down or Face-up Viscous water based concrete retarder

Can be used as an in-form concrete retartder. Safe on all types of forms including styro9foam form liners, making exposed steps, excellent sand-blast aid, 8 depth of etch.

Concrete Cleaners

Safety Acid Cleaner - Mild Acid Cleaner

Safety Acid Cleaner is a highly versatile blend of acidic and chelating agents for efficient and safe cleaning of variety of surfaces, such as concrete (Pre-cast, exposed, block, pavement), masonry, tile (glazed and unglazed). It will remove light to medium rust stains, surface soiling, soap scum and hard water deposits.

Concrete Cleaner - Powdered Cleaner

This is a high alkaline powder for scrubbing concrete. It works great for garages, gas stations, poultry plants or warehouse cleaning. Cleans grease, oil, dirt, tire marks, etc. Just sprinkle product onto wet floor. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush. Let stand for a few minutes, then rescrub floor with a brush. Rinse thoroughly. Product is free rinsing and non- dusting.

Concrete Restorer - Liquid Cleaner and Rejuvenator

Concrete Restorer is a concentrated blend of acids, chelating and wetting agents. It is formulated to remove deep down soil, grease and stains from concrete. Blended with mild non-etching acids, Concrete Restorer can safety used on architectural smooth finished concrete, textured, exposed aggregate and all types of masonry with equal results.

Equip Clean - Concrete Residue Remover

This product is concentrated acid solution containing surface- active wetting agents, penetrating agents and surface conditioning agents. It can be safely used for cleaning equipment; tools and ready mix transit trucks. At the recommended dilution ratio this product is safe on painted and unpainted surfaces.

Graffiti Protect - Water-Based Sacrificial Coating

Graffiti protect is designed to be a clear, long lasting penetrating graffiti protection and sealer for use on variety of surfaces including: concrete, brick, stucco, block and tile. This product fills voids in porous surfaces and minimizes the graffiti penetration, thus allowing for the graffiti removal with an approved cleaner and low-pressure water spray.

Graffiti Remover KX - Water-Based Graffiti Remover

Graffiti Remover is heavy duty, viscous, water-based alkaline stripper for alkyds, enamels, acrylics and lacquers. For graffiti, it can remove most spray paints, inks, crayons, etc. Specially designed for use on masonry and concrete surfaces, this product is a slow acting stripper in which the active ingredients penetrate deep through multiple layers of the coating to soften and lift them for easy removal.

Stone

Marble Kleen - Liquid Marble Cleaner

Marble Kleen is a biodegradable, water-based, non-acidic, liquid concentrate cleaner, designed to remove grease, grime, soil, dirt, soot, carbonized oil and other surface contaminants from marble surfaces, polished or unpolished. Just apply the concentrated solution to the marble surface using a brush or sprayer. Allow to remain on the surface for 5 to 15 minutes. Sponge rinse the surface thoroughly using fresh water. Marble Kleen can be diluted up to 3 parts of water for light to medium duty cleaning.

Stone Kleen

Cleaner and restorer for all types of stone (only unpolished) including lime stone, brick, concrete, granite marble, it will remove atmospheric dirt , soot (that is found in urban areas) and restores the substrate. Not safe on glass and metal.

Marbleous - Marble Sealer and Finish

Marbleous is a ready to use water based stone sealer and finish that preserves and enhances the original beauty and richness of all types of polished and unpolished stone. Marbleous will adhere to Marble, Granite, Terrazzo, Quarry Tile, Terra Cotta and Slate. Stones finished with Marbleous are resistant to food and chemical stains.

Sealers

Sheen C-40 - Semi Permanent Sealer

Sheen C-40 is a new generation water-based acrylic emulsion sealer that penetrates the surface of concrete and masonry and forms a water repelling, protective barrier. Sheen C-40 dries to a clear, high sheen (wet look) water repellant finish. Sheen C-40 is extremely durable, will not discolor in moisture and is ultra-violet resistant making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. This product is ideal for sealing concrete floors, stained and acid stained concrete, exposed aggregate, stucco, Saltillo tile (Mexican tile) and cementaeous grout.

Stone Impregnator 407 - Penetrating Masonry Sealer

Stone Impregnator 407 is a water based, fluoro-chemical treatment that penetrates into porous stone floors and grout preventing oil and water based soils from penetrating the surface. By keeping the stain and soil on the floor’s surface, this product protects the floor and makes it easier to clean. This product will not alter the grout or stone’s natural appearance and does not require special maintenance.

X-Pell SS - Penetrating Water Repellent

X-PELL SS is a water based oligomeric Silane/Siloxane blend resin; the extremely small molecular structure of the sealer permits maximum penetration into the mineral substrate to achieve water repellency.

Siltex 444 - Premium Stone Impregnator

This is a silicone protector for polished and unpolished natural stone and marble surfaces. It repels water and oil from these highly decorative surfaces. Keeps graffiti from penetrating. Penetrates deep below the surface! Does not produce a shine! Does not make the surface more slippery.

Skid Off - Tire & Rubber Skid Mark Remover

Skid-Off removes rubber skid marks from concrete floors left behind by forklifts without damaging the concrete. Product contains no flammable solvents and has pleasant scent.
